"Go ahead, jump. It will all work out." This is some of the best advice I have ever gotten. Sometimes you have to ignore logic, pack your bike and ride across the country. My plan was to ride to the
Born Free Show, win a Panhead, do the
Biltwell 500, drink to excess, ride home. Simple. That was the beginning and the end of my trip planning. To even call it a plan would be an insult to actual plans. So 6003 miles later, it didn't work out the way I thought it would, but it all worked out. There is never a good time for it. You will never have enough money. You can never get enough time off work. The point is, stop thinking about it, stop dreaming about it, stop making excuses why you can't. Get out there and ride yer bike.
